Excellent condition lights/ceiling fan comboa ceiling fan should not be used in a room with an 'open' gas heaterthe fan should be wired into a standard ceiling light circuit but care should be taken to ensure that the fitting bracket can be securely attached to the ceilingthe lights can be switched off and on independently of the fan and can be switched off, by pull-cord, from the fan itself even though the ceiling light switch is set to 'on'fan is three-speed adjusted by pull cord and comes with reversible bladesthe fan is also two-way in that the direction of rotation can be reversed - by a switch on the fan body - thus giving the option of updraft or downdraft for air circulationthe basket-weave side is shown in the photo but, as it's set up for the alternative pattern, the nut ends of the bolts are shown - rather than the smarter gold side of the bracketall in good working order and everything complete - except that no bulbs are included in the sale (nor are the paintpots used in some photos to balance up the unit for the photograph!)note: light bulbs are not includedit's set-up at present for the gold trim side but can be easily converted to the basket-weave side by removing the three bolts which hold each blade to its fitting bracket and, simply turning the blade over and refitting the bracketthe three glass shades for the lights are includedfull instructions are included, including those for wiring the unit, though it's part assembled at the momentthe blades are 47cms long and the overall span of the fan, in total is 108cms
