He is your typical welshie in that he can throw an occasional buck, going into canter or out of boredomin the 4 1/2 years we have owned him he has taken my daughter from being barely off the lead rein and unable to canter to out competing regularly and jumping 60+cm, but he is happiest at the height and ready to teach a little jockey all over againhe can also be a monkey to catch when the spring grass comes through, but given he gets fat on fresh air, restricted grazing is a must to keep his weight under control and this also makes catching him easierhe is an absolute saint on the ground, will stand and be pampered all day longi could write for hours about him, he is adored by us, but he now needs a new little person to show the ropes too read morehe loves nothing more than to lick you to death! he's done pony club camp for the last 4 years, from poles on the ground at mini camp to 60+cm cross country, showjumping, grids, games, and hound exercisehe is excellent in the heaviest of traffic, will hack alone or in company and will go first or lastthey are not big or nasty and never to try and get you off, just his welsh characterhe loves to be in workhe is perfect to clip, shoe and load, will stand at the side of a trailer all day long and you could easily forget he was therethis is a heartbreaking sale of my daughters best friend, but she has totally outgrown himup to date with vaccinations, teeth and back

We have only owned poppy since aug and has proved to be a lovely girl she has ridden out in company fine walk trot and canter, she can put in a cheeky buck once going into canter (saddle and back have been checked) possibly just reluctance to work as she can be lazy due to being in a riding school previouslyshe comes with a full wardrobe inc a made to measure saddleshe has a dipped nose where she had a headcollar grow into her face as a youngster(she does not do this with a confident rider!!! in her previous home when she was over worked (jumped 2 much) she went slightly lame!! (not happened with me and we have ridden for miles) vets did xrays etc in last home and found nothing of significancecauses no issues! poppy is a mare and pulls a lot of faces but not got a bad bone in her bodybased in shardlow can deliver if not miles awayno lunging etc required before handshe is currently fat due just being a field ornament but still good enough to just drag in and get on
