I have been making long hives this year to save lifting supers,so as to make life a bit easy, you put the long hive on blocks or a stand at the hight for you to work at, the frames are bs brood frames, when you take some honey off you just spin it then put the frames back in the hive where they stay ps i find the older you get the supers dont any lighter fred read more
