A vintage boy scout hat & hat badge with green plume + gold coloured cap badgethis plume continued in production till so the badge is somewhere betweeni'm told that "this particular hat plume could of been worn by either the chief scout, national commissioner or international commissioner"this particular issue of the hat plume is made from a silver coloured metalthe hat fits an adult but has an "s" label insidethe two badges & hat are being sold as one itemplease feel free to make an offeri don't know if this is correct but i've been told it could be a; "chief scout hat plumepostage includes being signed forcan post at extra costi don't know if the front is silver but the back definitely isn't, as it looks like it's stamped epnsin the plume's design changed from having "be prepared" to "boy scouts" on the frontplease study the images, as they also form part of the description & please do your own researchthe hat is made of felt & is in poor condition, as there are holes in the top & discolouration on the rim & on the topbut please do your own research
