This awning is a very robust design particularly suited to seasonal pitch useunfortunately we tour a lot and we already have a porch awning which suits our needsi purchased my bessacarr 835 a few months ago and this awning was included in the saleit is 2 tone grey and comes with curtains, steel and plastic pegs and isabella fix-on awning rail clipsthe awning is in immaculate condition and comes with fibreglass poles (a £134 option over the standard steel poles)i was advised that the original purchaser bought the awning with my bessacarr 835 new in nov and used the caravan and awning while he waited for a new house to be built so it has had little take-down and putting up which is borne out by the conditionfull disclosure - i have not erected the awning but i have taken it out of the bags and thoroughly inspected and cleaned all the panels (there was only a bit of dirt on the mud-walls) and i don't remember seeing the awning skirt (the bit that goes at the bottom of the caravan over the wheels)full specification is as follows: depth - 250cm +30cm canopy colour - light and dark grey materials - polyester pva, all breathable roof - polyester pva, metallic printed beige front/side - polyester pva, light and dark grey canopy - polyester pva, metallic grey mudflap - polyester pvc mosquito net - on the large windows of the side panels zip down covers - pva polyester, on all windows ventilation - mosquito net in the upper part of front wall frame - fibreglass poles size:cm (fitting range cm) awning can be viewed by appointment at askam cumbria (stored with my caravan)it has a projection (depth out from the caravan) of 2mine is 2 tone greyi have just priced up a new version from a main dealer and it is priced at £it is cm wide and fits swift elegance and bessacarr 835 twin axle caravanspick up only due to weight or possibly could deliver within 50 mile range
