Scarce schatz 8 day dark wood, oak / walnut? triple 3 tune chime clock s with silent feature lovely charming little bracket mantle chime fully restored schatz very high quality, made in germany professionally strip serviced and working perfectly lovely dark wood case, not sure if it is oak or walnut very difficult to find this clock in such superb condition (just mentioned for accuracy it does have some tiny age related marks to the top, only noticeable on very close inspection) no pendulum or fussy setting up required superior original 7 jewelled lever escapement fitted for excellent timekeeping, (not the inferior pin pallet alarm clock escapement version as fitted to some of these) there is a clever chime & silent selector at the back of the clock (away from unwanted attention) there is a choice of three tunes: whittington, st michael and westminster lovely gentle bright happy chimes using its original schatz leather hammers the clock chimes on 8 small bronze chime rods which are unique to schatz this stunning movement is probably one of the smallest triple chimes made the clock will chime at every 15 minutes and also strike the hours on the hour the clock cleverly, automatically puts the chimes into the correct sequence if it is allowed to stop or been switched to silent the timekeeping is regulated by the original 7 jewelled lever escapement and keeping excellent time complete with its scarce original winding key very user friendly and will come with easy set-up instructions clock weighs a substantial 33 kg size: height (handle up) 300mm, (handle down) 280mm, length 230mm, depth 170mm any questions welcome, please contact me read more

I have japanese quail that are due to hatch on 14th augthey will be able to go to new homes from 17th augthey just need newspaper in the bottom with an old towel or blanket for them to sleep on,they will need any type of bowl,takeaway bowl for the food & same for the water,but please put stones in the bottom of the water dish for the first 2weeks so they don’t fall in & drownthey have hay in the hide bit of the hutch & sawdust in the rest of the hutchif you have females then they will lay their own eggs with or without males around,they will lay them from as early as 7weeks old & as late as 10weeks old,they are the size of an olivequails can’t live on so im selling 2s or morefrom newly hatched till 5weeks they will need to live indoors in any kind of box with a cover so they don’t fly out which they do from 2weeks oldif you have a male in with the female then you should get fertile eggs once the female has layed her first eggsyou can eat fertile or unfertilised eggs they taste the samethey will need a heap lamp from hatched till 5weeks old then from 5-6weeks they just live at room temperaturethey should be the colours as the ones from my last hatchthey also love to have a sand bath so i have play sand in a plastic storage box & some in a washing up bowli use emty sweetie tubs for their food & water from 6weeks oldthey eat chick crumb from hatched till 6weeks old,from 3weeks old i mix in with the crumb some chicken layers pellets & chicken mixed corn,from 6 weeks old they won’t need the crumb anymore so will just have the pellets & corn,they also love to eat iceberg lettuce from age 3weeks,they will also need oyster shell grit from 6weeks old,they need this in a separate bowl from the foodthey move outside from 6weeks old into a rabbit hatch with a run underneath or a separate run as they love to run about outside,i have my grit spread about on the run floor,they love digging in it
