The hull was painted around 4 years ago so that should be good with a clean & polish the interior needs stripping & repairing or replacing due to water ingress from the window sealsnorman 23 river cruiser for sale guinever norman 23 project this boat has been out of the water for around 5 years as the transom had rotted(batteries probably need replacing now) the canopy seems to be in okay condition but may need some small repairs boat comes with a 15hp honda outboard which was serviced with new belts & cdi unit before going in to storage about 5 years ago this will need the cowling repainting & a decal kit1 window still needs to be replaced which i have new seals for and some perspexi have had new hardwood rubbing strakes made which have been varnished and are ready to be fittedboat is stored in shardlow derbyshire so would need to be collected by hiab lorry or possibly pulled on to a boat trailerreluctant sale due to lack of time viewing welcome and recommendedother than replacing 1 window that's about as far as i have gotthis has all been cut out & replaced using marine plyplease come and view before making offers more pictures available read moreit has the original sink unit & cooker fitted, solar panels & batteriesalso have the double sided seal tape for these which all in is worth about £200 & a new pair of corner fenders ready to be fitted

He'll be around 5 years old in the summer & has a lot of life in him yetsheldon joined us 2 years ago - but sadly, due to us relocating, he'll now need a new 'forever home'sheldon, 'shelley' was named prior to coming to uswe're sure he'd love a cat-loving family who would give him more time than we canhe has a microchip that you'll need to have changed at the vetshe's been used to dogs, cats, and giant pheasants where we live(!) - and hasn't worried about any of themhe has a good nature and can happily live with other pets and childrenunless he's suddenly become a stealthy hunter (though he can be a pretty good 'mouser' when he feels like it)he looks even better when he's not being overfed! hopefully, you'll not have the same issueif you think you'd like a sheldon, and can give him the love he deserves, please do get in touchhe can be a bit nervous with new people at first (just for a while) - when we first brought him home, he hid under the sofa for the most part of two days! obviously, he gave up in the end and became a good family cat, full of characterhe's happiest when lazing about in bed or in the sun in the garden (he doesn't wander far)we suspect we have a neighbour somewhere who has started feeding him treats, as he's put a little bit of weight on - and he's not been getting more from ushe has been neutered and is regularly treated with frontline spot-on (the only flea treatment that works where we live) and is flea & worm freeonce he's used to you, he'll sit on your lap and purr contentedly

I estimate it to be around 50 years oldi acquired this around 36 years ago as had an interest in photography which i did not pursueit has been cleaned up very nicely it has a "wilon lens - will, wetzlar" comes with an old mechanical developing clock and developing traya wallace heaton photographic enlarger, in blue metal cleaned up very nicelyit has sat in my loft unused since then and all moveable parts and bulb still appear to be in good working order
