3 irish cob mare nice big young horse with a very sensible brain would suit many jobs … ideal happy hacker/ allrounder/ hunter on the floor she’s a very kind horse, no malice in her at all she’s not mareishnever nappy, a forward thinking horse who will go where ever you ask through tunnels through gates etci’d eat my jodhpurs if she would stop she is so so brave and forgivingloves her job but remains level headeddoes still need polishing off as she won’t remain in an outline the whole session but she’s a very clever horse and she really tries she is staring to work into an outline in walk trot and canter just needs a bit more consistencylooks after her rider and would get you through the start and finish with her eyes closedturns out with mares and geldings shod all round however she come to me barefoot and wasn’t foot sore, shoes is just my preference and i do more hacking then anything elseschooling we have done some schooling with her and she is learning how to work into a nice outlinedoesn’t hot up in open spaces, remains level headed at all timesmy 5”5 rider hunted him in a snaffle that’s it and he was perfect all dayjumping amber will jump absolutely anything, off of any stridejumps fillers, water trays, ditches, hedges etc she just does it allwould be a lovley hunter for the season due to her brave willing naturecobs her size and temperature just do not come around anymore! open to view/vet/bloods ect read morehacking amber will hack alone or in company and is very good in trafficused to live out 24/7 and now she lives in as i don’t have any turnout so she can do eithergood to load, travel,clip ect

12yr old irish cob geldingarby is not a novice ride and would suit a confident teenager/adult looking for a cob with a bit of spice as he definitely isn’t a plod alonghowever i’m sure with consistency, this cycle will easily be brokenarby is brilliant to school on the flat, with 3 lovely forward paceshowever if you own your own transport and this is something you can do with kindness and patience then i don’t think it would take too long to build up his confidencei have owned arby for over a year and he’s given me the best year of my life, however due to work etc i no longer have the time he deserves and it just isn’t fair as he loves attentionopen to vettings etc and will come with all tack (fitted saddle) and full wardrobe (10+ rugs) £ read morearbys biggest downfall is loadingarbs requires a strong and confident rider to jump him as if it’s anything over his safe height (cm) he does tend to doubt himself and want to run out last minute (however will never stop dead in front) but can jump 1m with ease when feeling confidentarby is a gem to handle on the ground, to groom, tack up etc and loves the attention & of course treats?? but is never nippyshowing is our forte, always coming home with redshas uncapped potential with the right rider, i’m surewe are working at prelim level dressage and consistently score above 65% and he will jump a course of 60cm no problemhe is not a fani hire someone to load him and travel him as i don’t have my own box or trailer to practice withhacking in company he is brilliant however hacking by himself has become a struggle lately as he will just nap until you let him go home, it’s something we’re working on however with my lack of time our bad habits are getting the better of us
