custom made vivexotic vivarium for sale is a vivexotic wooden vivarium with glass sliding doors and a one-off custom made interiorthe interior has a custom made backdrop rock face with rock platforms and a twisted tree running along the back giving plenty of climbing and hiding placesit also has a new komodo 200w ceramic lamp fixture fitted with a new zoo med 150w repti basking spot lamb which is protected with a new komodo heat lamp guardthe only secondhand part is the actual vivarium its self which is in immaculate as new conditionthere are two caves and a hide carved into the tree trunk and a variety of hanging vines and artificial foliage to give plenty of coverthe back and side walls are covered with a vinyl image of a rainforest to complete the lookin all a little bit of paradise somebody’s reptilethere are rock pillars supporting a basking platform on the hot side of the tank and a bed of sand running across the frontthe vivarium measures 54” long by 22” high by ” widethe vivarium has a new arcadia ip64 fluorescent light controller fitted with a new 25w t uvb fluorescent tubeevery item from artificial foliage, sand, fittings and electrical in this vivarium are brand-new and has never had any reptiles living in it

Selling a large three seater sofabed which was custom made locallythe sprung mattress is hand made and measures 152cm (5ft) widehappy to post more photos, please message me if requiredincluded are a pair of arm protectors which have always been usedthere is a small tear on one of the back cushions which happened during a house move (see photo)the sofabed is very solid and would be excellent for guests, but it is very heavy and would require at least two people to liftcollection from ash, surreythe upholstery fabric is very strong and durablewhen extended the depth is 237cmthe original price was in excess of £this may be repaired but the cushions are reversible so not necessary as not visibleplease read the measurements carefully: width 222cm - depth - 95cm - height 90cm (to top of cushions)from a smoke and pet free homeall the cushions have removable covers and are filled with feather wrapped foamkept in a spare room, it is in very good conditionthere is also a little rust marking on the underside of the mattress (as photo) but this does not detract from the use of the bedit has had little use being used mainly at christmas and easter times for gueststhe folding mechanism works perfectly
