He lost his mate about 6 months ago and as we couldn't find him a female, of about the same age, we brought him indoors and he has been treated as a pet for the last few monthswe have for sale a male green cheeked conure who is about 6 years oldhis cage has an opening top and he is very happy just playing around his cage on the outside most of the daywhen you tell him its bedtime he goes in and waits to be covered for the nighthe sometimes has a fly around but heads straight back for his cagehe is not hand tame but is getting friendlier every month
