I bought it about 45 years ago and it was old thenideal tool for joiners or diy person for squeezing the boards together before nailingcollection from blackpool, lancashirewithout this it was almost impossible to get the boards tight togethercan also be used on t&g chipboard flooring sheets it is approximately 42" long x 7this item is made of iron and is in very good and still useable conditioni don't know how old it is5 inches it is made of solid iron and very heavymade by edward bracewellit will be costly to post but could be arranged if need bedue to retirement i no longer need iti was a joiner all my life and used it many times after i got itjoiners vintage floor board cramp

The hull was painted around 4 years ago so that should be good with a clean & polish the interior needs stripping & repairing or replacing due to water ingress from the window seals(batteries probably need replacing now) the canopy seems to be in okay condition but may need some small repairs boat comes with a 15hp honda outboard which was serviced with new belts & cdi unit before going in to storage about 5 years ago this will need the cowling repainting & a decal kitnorman 23 river cruiser for sale guinever norman 23 project this boat has been out of the water for around 5 years as the transom had rottedit has the original sink unit & cooker fitted, solar panels & batteries1 window still needs to be replaced which i have new seals for and some perspexi have had new hardwood rubbing strakes made which have been varnished and are ready to be fittedalso have the double sided seal tape for these which all in is worth about £200 & a new pair of corner fenders ready to be fittedother than replacing 1 window that's about as far as i have gotboat is stored in shardlow derbyshire so would need to be collected by hiab lorry or possibly pulled on to a boat trailerplease come and view before making offers more pictures available read morereluctant sale due to lack of time viewing welcome and recommendedthis has all been cut out & replaced using marine ply

The chairs were re-upholstered with new woven straw about 15 years agoi inherited the furniture 25 years ago and have used it with love ever since, but we are remodelling our house and need a lighter tableit's heavy, solid, and of excellent qualitychairs 99cm high, seat 48cm (at widest point) x 40cmfive chairs & lovely carver chairtable: length 137cm (227cm when extended); width 84cm; height 73cmthe chairs are easier to carrythe extension sections slide out on solid rods from under a central anchored piece and fall snugly into placei cannot date the set exactly but its companion piece, a jacobean-style dresser (not for sale) was recently valued about about £ when it needed an insurance repair, and at the time the estimated period was scarver chair 107cm high, seat 54cm (at widest point) x 43cmwe are sure all of this can be sanded and polished awaythe central panel/surface has seen some action and so is paler than the darkly-varnished extension panels, having been slowly 'sanded' by use, and there are a few scratches to this section and one significant dark cup-ringthe table comes apart into a complete base section and three surface sections
