  • I have worked in this industry for 10 years now and have a lot of experience with repairs, i have seen my fair share of karens trying to rip off the business i am working for and i can tell you now, i will not put up with it, if you want a cheap repair go somewhere else and go back three months later when it stops working again, if you want something repaired properly by an experienced technician then you found the right placei have a lead time of approx 7 days as i have to order each part from my supplier, once i have a steady flow of customers i can bring this down to a lead time of 2 daysi am able to repair just about any and all electronics, specifically mobile phones, laptops, desktops, tablets, logic boards/pcbs amongst other items from a basic screen replacement to a complex board rework, i will only charge for the cost of the part and my time by the hour, the only exception is if the item needs multiple repairs/reworks doing to iti have access to various schematics for logic boards and phones and the appropriate tools for just about all repairs, if i cant fix it i will only charge for parts as i will be unable to reuse them, with a few exceptions such as screens for tablets/laptops/phones or other modular parts that do not require soldering
