2hh, no stallions, colts, pregnant mares, no tbās, wbās and idās as said we are a small group of friends we have 3 spare stables on the yard, sadly we cannot provide any services so it will be diythere is 16 acres total grazing9acres are used august to last week in novemberand the remaining 7 acres are used december to augustemail for enquiriesone is an internal stable and the other two are external stablesit is diy, the owner has 3 horses and her two friends horses are there also, we would only allow a maximum of 8 horses at oncethe yard is alarmed and has cctvĀ£ per horse - per weekthere is space in front of the internal stable for feed bins and for tackduring the winter the horses are stabled at nightthis is on a diy basisthere is a shelter along with tree shelter and an auto drinker in the winter fields next to the stables and the summer field we top up the water every day when fencing is being checkedthere are 3 stables spare on the small yard in wickersleywe cannot accept any horses over 15stables have auto drinkers and rubber matting in them and are on average 13x13ft

She is a very friendly and loving snake, but sadly we cannot give her the life she deservesshe is roughly years old and she is used to being handled by men and women (although she doesn't like children)she is free to a good homethe only think i ask for is for the future owner to collect her or fund shipping costs as i cannot afford itshe would need a bigger vivarium and that would be the future owner's responsibility to get one suitable for her (10sqft)roxanne is a rescued boa constrictorshe currently eats 750g guinea pigs
