The tyres were only replaced 18 months agothis is a lovely smart looking caravan inside, but on the rear right hand side it sustained some damage but this was repaired many years ago but does not affect the caravan at all and there has been no ingress of water through this damagegas fire and extremely good blown air heating which is excellent in winterthe front seats convert into a double bed and the side dinette converts into a bedend bathroom with shower, sink, toilet & wardrobeit has fly blinds & black out blinds on each windowplenty of overhead storageabi manhattan berththere is a 4 burner hob, separate grill and oventhere is a hitch lock and spare wheelonly selling due to purchase of motorhomewe have owned the caravan since newbrand new water pumpfridge & small freezer compartment

He is apparently 7-8 years oldhe is more than likely captive farmed or long term captive and has got a few visible marks (back of forearms) that were probably from a fungal infection many years ago (before i owned her) he also gets scale/gum sores that appear every now and again and can be aggregated when she eats certain harder foodsnice temperament inside the enclosure and loves roaming around my current reptile roomi have a male varanus kordensis for salehe drinks from the water bowl with no issuespriced to reflect his age, long term captive/captive farmed statushe has been seen by the vet on 3 occasions, and no underlying issues foundhe’s a picky eater but does get variety of foodsi will entertain sensible offers for this boyquail eggs, quail, prawns, morio worms, fruit grubs, minced turkeyhe occasionally eats locust and roaches
