He has a good nature and can happily live with other pets and childrenhe'll be around 5 years old in the summer & has a lot of life in him yetunless he's suddenly become a stealthy hunter (though he can be a pretty good 'mouser' when he feels like it)sheldon joined us 2 years ago - but sadly, due to us relocating, he'll now need a new 'forever home'he can be a bit nervous with new people at first (just for a while) - when we first brought him home, he hid under the sofa for the most part of two days! obviously, he gave up in the end and became a good family cat, full of characterhe has been neutered and is regularly treated with frontline spot-on (the only flea treatment that works where we live) and is flea & worm freehe looks even better when he's not being overfed! hopefully, you'll not have the same issuehe's been used to dogs, cats, and giant pheasants where we live(!) - and hasn't worried about any of themhe has a microchip that you'll need to have changed at the vetsonce he's used to you, he'll sit on your lap and purr contentedlyhe's happiest when lazing about in bed or in the sun in the garden (he doesn't wander far)if you think you'd like a sheldon, and can give him the love he deserves, please do get in touchwe suspect we have a neighbour somewhere who has started feeding him treats, as he's put a little bit of weight on - and he's not been getting more from uswe're sure he'd love a cat-loving family who would give him more time than we cansheldon, 'shelley' was named prior to coming to us
