This trailer tent has given us as a family many wonderful holidays and some great memories, the only reason for sale is that we have upgraded to a caravan now our children are getting older not wanting to camp as oftenincluded in sale form underlay and awning carpet porta loo 3x windbreaks for added privacy back box with lots of storage curtains for all window areas electric hook up four drawer storage unit jockey wheel bad points light board started being intermittent on last holiday but may just need bulb in lightcondition is "used" as recently as may bank holiday weekendthe awning has a kitchen area within it but does not compromise the living area as this goes into a little annexe to the sidegood condition for age, with clean sleeping areas, these are very comfortable with a double bed either side, one slatted and one in fibreglass which also has areas under the beds for 2 pods but we use as storageall sides can be opened and tied back or completely removed apart from the kitchen areadue to the height it is easily stored and the hard top allows for extra protection during the winter monthscontact me for any questionsthe awning is large and we have had 13 people sit around a table in there to play card gameseasy to put up and assemble, poles have coloured tape to help match upideal starter for people who are just discovering camping life with the extra comfort of not sleeping on the floor like you do with a traditional tentthere a couple of marks on the front of awning but doesn't effect the useadvertised elsewhere so can withdraw anytime read moreno leaks during rainy weatherhard top trailer tent with roof bars for top box or bike rackplease only bid to buyviewings welcome but please be aware that we are not able to put the awning up due to lack of space
