These quails are all 7weeks old so could lay their first egg from now(depending on temperature & wether & the females mood),they are also eating layers pellets & mixed cornfemales normally lay their very first eggs at 7-10weeks old,some may not lay till weeks old but this depends on the temperature outside & the females mood/housing but all of ours have laid at 7-9weeks oldour quails love to have sand baths so we provide them with boxes full of playsand & they love to lay in them & sun bathehere at quailmadness we hatch out our very own corturnix/japanese quails from our very own female & male quailsall of our quails are fed organic layers pellets & organic mixed corn & love fresh salad & vegetables which they have on a daily basis aswell as garden worms & ants which they love to dig foror a deal of 3hens & 1 male (which is the recommended amount of hens per male) £30 per grouphens are £12 each as point of lay nowwe do sell hatching eggs for delivery/postage or collection but currently out of stock as not getting many eggs per day now due to the colder weatherthey are all currently living at room temperature but they can either go outside now/in a couple of week or they can stay indoors till springwe also have 6 males available these are £3 eachwe also don’t have any older quails availableanymore information then please get in contactcash on collection or paypal once here to collectwe don’t have any newly hatched chicks & we won’t have any now till april/may as the breeding season has now come to an endthey also have oyster shell grit scattered over the coop floor as this help the male & female quails to grind up & digest their food more easily & also helps the females lay nice normal eggsor we can deliver upto mins away from longleat area of wiltshire for a small fee to cover fuel & my time,cash on delivery or paypal before handing over18 hens available
