They are all now 9weeks oldfemales normally lay their very first eggs at 8-10weeks old,some may not lay till weeks old but this depends on the temperature outside & the females mood/housing but all of ours have laid at 9-10weeks oldthey are at point of lay nowwe also don’t have any older quails availablewe do sell hatching eggs for delivery/postage or collection but currently out of stock as not getting many eggs per day now due to the colder weatherthese females are £12 each or 6 for £60 or all 12 for £100our quails love to have sand baths so we provide them with boxes full of playsand & they love to lay in them & sun bathehere at quailmadness we hatch out our very own corturnix/japanese quails from our very own female & male quailswe only have these 12 females left now out of 28anymore information then please get in contactwe don’t have any newly hatched chicks & we won’t have any now till april/may as the breeding season has now come to an endthey are all currently living at room temperature but they can either go outside now/in a couple of week or they can stay indoors till springall of our quails are fed organic layers pellets & organic mixed corn & love fresh salad & vegetables which they have on a daily basis aswell as garden worms & ants which they love to dig forcash on collection or paypal once here to collect or we can deliver upto mins away from longleat area of wiltshire for a small fee to cover fuel & my time,cash on delivery or paypal before handing overthey also have oyster shell grit scattered over the coop floor as this help the male & female quails to grind up & digest their food more easily & also helps the females lay nice normal eggsthey are eating layers pellets & mixed corn & they will come with a freezer bag size of corn & pellets to last 1/2days
