Now on the look out for her new home! elsa is a beautiful horse, inside and out, however - as every horse, comes with her ‘kinks’ but we will get to them later!! elsa absolutely loves to hack, alone and in companythis is something im doing with her every day now, however, when someone new comes to do it / we are back to square one - hence needing that one person to maintain a good relationship withshe really enjoys being out exploring the woods, and mountain, and will plod along for hours if you wish!! she is also the type who will lead out a string of green youngsters through traffic! unfazed by moving cars, busses and lorries, she is certainly brave and sensibleshe is currently living in, with turnout in a small paddockhowever, we are lucky enough to have our very own - year old marerides through open spaces with no fuss, and thoroughly enjoys a canter along the hedge line of our fields - going past the other horses grazing in the fieldshe has no stable vicesshe was recently trimmed with the farrier all round, and after 5 minutes, settled and was perfect to doelsa needs work on picking up her back legsshe would rather move away and fidget, than stand to pick them upthis horse cannot be praised enough for her straight forward attitude towards ridden work, and tries her hardest at all times to please, however - as mentioned above, she does have a few kinks that need work - elsa is a one person kind of horse, and needs to find someone who is willing to give her all the attention she needs!! perfect to handle, brush, tie up etc! however - catching from our large 40 acre field is a bit of a problem for us - she will follow another horse in, however i believe she needs someone to spend a bit of time with her, and maintain a good routine of catching/feeding etcif you can overlook the issues that need workthe rarity of finding a cob like this, is certainly proving difficultwhich is unfortunately something i just don’t have time to continue with herfor these reasons, she will not suit a novice, as needs someone experienced to iron out her faultsand think she may be for you! please call me!! she really is such a sweet little horse, maybe a little misunderstood in some waysbut will never hurt you! there aren’t many cobs, of her size and quality - especially at this price! videos and more pictures available ok request read morehas recently starting schooling on the flat, and over fences, again - proving willing and easy - she will make a top class allrounder for someone wanting to do a little of everything!! she isn’t a typical kick along ride - a more responsive type with willingness to learn new things

Since i had her within 2 days she was out hacking on roads, and happily took my little girl who had never ridden for walks/trots roundheartbreaking sale, but finances force my handmy daughter who’s 4, has always been able to load her herself onto a box since she’s had heri was told she carrier a cream gene so could potentially produce anotherhas done a small jump a handful of times, which she loves but does need schooling first but lack of a small enough competent rider stopped thisit took us a few weeks for her to allow us to bath her, she did originally run round and get really agitatedhh welsh section a mare for saletook to everything like a duck to watersaffi is the type that needs a good few weeks to settle in a home to really gain your trust, i would rather be honest in this regardshe was bought unbroken after having a palomino colt foal for my 2 year old who’s now 4great with farrier, had teeth done under sedation- not sure what she’s like without as dentist only ever uses sedation and doesn’t offer withoutshe’s been shown previously in hand with good resultsnever put a foot wrong, spooked, bolted or rearedcurrently living out, and unfit so would need bringing back into work as i currently don’t have a rider for hershe previously had 6 months off due to her teeth, this is now sorted and the first day she was sound my friend got straight on and she just clicked back into it like she’d never had any time off at all and never put a foot wrongshe now lets me bath her without much protest, only thing is i have to use a bucket and sponge for top end of her neck/facei would rather her go to a ridden home, were she’ll be pampered and loved as she deservesthat’s the thing she’s ever done, that really needed working onswinford safirashe’s had a foal in her previous home, a palmino colt

As stated she isn’t for a child (on a lead rein she will allow children) £ read morehasnt been in work for the last 12 months due to no riderfor her age she is very low mileage so education wise she is limited,we do have videos and photos of her being ridden,she’s barefoot,good doer,good to -load -travel -farrier -dentist she won’t have a set of clippers near her! we don’t no what she’s like to hack out on roads etc as we have never done that with her13yr old cob mare 14hh approxshe hasn’t done a lot schooling wise,but is very quick to learn with a sympathetic rider,she isn’t a pony who likes being pulled around or bullied into somethingshe’s a typical mare and will try her luck if she can get away with it,so she does require a firm but fair personshe’s is very much a 1-1 horse,she likes the company of other horses,and she can jump like a stag when she wants tooto lunge she is absolutely fine,she understand voice cues etcwhen in work she’s very willing,loves to learn,but needs a confident rider,she isn’t by any means a child’s ponyas we stated this is an honest add,and she will only go to someone who we think will understand her,bring her into work slowly and not ramp her about and further her education! ideal person would be someone who is experienced,10st or under,who’s willing and looking for a new equine partner to bring on & to eventually be able to go out & do stuff with her

Honest add! she’s a keeper! aka milly 15hh tb mare if you’r a confident ballsy quite rider milly is the horse for you! milly will not! be sold to a novice! milly needs a strong capable small rider if your not built like pop eye now! you will be after a few months of riding her! to school- milly isn’t a fan of schooling but once she has settled she will give it a go! she’s not a killer! she just gets bored and decides she would rather trot or canter on the spot! milly is very willing and although excited will try to please! she does some awesome flying changes but does need help to balance her into it to hack - with me i have hacked milly solo, round quite roads and round the village, she has seen light traffic and wasn’t fazed by it, she has seen machinery and trailers which she didn’t bat a eye lid at, milly has also hacked past cows but she wasn’t a fan when they came close, she didn’t do anything wrong just wouldn’t go past them under saddle had to be led, milly has also hacked around a woods where she was bold and brave, but she does get strong in open spaces, milly can be strong when hacking in company to jump- milly jumps like hell! she has the most amazing jump and really takes you to the fence! she will jump everything you put infront of her with the right rider, from courses to single fences to xc, today i took milly to xc where she was amazing! giving everything a go! she isn’t a fan of water so we didn’t manage that, she does get worked up when jumping in open spaces and dances on the spot so if not for the faint heartedmilly loves gymkarna games and wants to win them all!! but she does get excited waiting for them to start! pm me if milly is the horse for you! no time wasters or novices no stupid covid price and open to reasonable offers! low-mid four figs read more
