Her name is ebrill(means april in latin) she has just turned 5 in april and she has been with us for 1 year she was backed at 3 then put away for a year until we bought her last may since then she has been in and out of work and has been progressing great, she is still a typical 5 year old mare with a attitude lol but she has calmed down so much since we bought her, she can be ridden but is not fully schooled we have taken her out on hacks and nothing bothered her only bins at the side of the road but she quickly got used to them,she has been showen in hand from the age of 1-3 (i’ve got the photos) and is a great lead rein pony, she will also walk by your side without been heldhello, this is a very hard sale for us as she is my 10year old daughters 1st pony, we are selling her due to no fault of her own, she is a absolutely great little pony and has loads of potential but is just abit to much for my daughter to handle as she is not a experienced ridershe has lived inside though out the winter turned out in the day and back in at night and left out 24/7 in the summer months, she is good with other horses (likes to show who’s boss with a little squeal) lol then she’s fine, she is out in a mixed field, she comes when called so you don’t have to walk the field for her so she’s a star to catch, she is fine to be groomed (is a little nervous at first but with a cuddle and a polo she is fine)she has a green passport wormed up to date 5* forever home & experienced young adult/ teenager all viewings welcome but please no time wasters as this is a hard decision for us

Tilly is a 12 year old cob mare approx 14hshe was sent off for backing as an 8 year old, as many people said it was a waste for her not to be ridden, and though she got to the point of having a saddle on ok she was quite stressed by the process (i therefore decided to bring her back home and not continue - but later put the stress down to her being taken to a strange place away from her friends and not having time to settle in) i now think that given the right environment, time to settle in and a patient knowledgeable person she would do fineher parelli horseanality would be right brain extrovert with lots of thresholdsi have owned her since she was 18mnths old, in which time although she has been kept as a field ornament/companion pony for the most part, i have played with her doing obstacle courses around the field and would therefore make a good agility horse if not riddenshe has become more calm as she has gotten older, not that she was ever hot or fizzy, just worriedshe must live out 24/7 - stables are not her thing! read moreshe is lovely to have around, and i am only selling as i am selling my house and can no longer keep several horses at home
