He’s good to catch, groom, muck out around and underneath, never bothered about forks or brooms touching him or me walking into his bottom with an overbalanced wheelbarrow as regularly occurs! he’s good as gold with the farrier and vetregistered fell pony gelding 2 years old (foaled 6th june ) greenholme monte carlo, registered with the fell pony society1hh) monte is a very nicely put together compact leg at each corner, old fashioned type fell ponyhe’s up to date with worming and has had his jabs started, just due his third on or after 23rd october nowhe came to me as one of two 11 month old colts3hh (expected to mature at 13hh/13i’ve got them in from the field for them to start the rest of their lives and having been on furlough since march and due to go back to work i am sadly just not going to have the time that he deserves when i have my other two so i have had to make the very difficult decision to do the right thing for him (i will pre warn that there will be tears when he leaves)no teenagers please and no ridiculous offershis movement is active, straight and correctcurrently standing at 12they’ve been handled and kept both in and out and had regular trims by my barefoot farrier and were so good when entire that i forgot they were colts most of the timehe’s been kept next to my mare and has never bothered about herhe is one of the sweetest natured ponies you will meet and loves his kisses and cuddles and always comes over to see what i’m up to as he knows i will cave and give him kisses and a good scratch every time! he’s a real best friend that everyone falls in love withhe’s never bolshy or stompy at feed timebased in oxfordshire off junction 11 of the m40he has a lovely kind eye that matches his loving kind naturehe will make someone a cracking little m&m showing/working hunter prospect, one to watch for the futurecurrently a nice kindly started blank canvas

Berry is a 13hh 13 year old dartmoor geldingthe world is his oysterhe is fine for the dentist and vet (and is fully up to date with vaccinations)berry is turned out in a mixed herd however he’s happy to be left on his ownhe loves jumping and has an extremely scopey jump, he can be unsure of new things as he hasn’t got much experience with jumping but is a very quick learner and i now have him jumping over planks fillers and cross country jumps with some basic work he never likes to touch a polehe has beautiful paces and would be one to look out for in the show ringberry is fine to load but may need a few minutes to think about things as before coming to us he hadn’t traveled much, he’s a good travelerberry was broken in 4 years ago and has since been used as a light hack before arriving with myself as his owner could no longer ride him due to health complicationshe is perfect to tack up doesn’t even pull grumpy faces ! berry’s only vice is picking out his feet - with work he is now absolutely fine for us pick out his front ones but we are still continuing work on his back feet as he doesn’t like these being picked out he is improving but i would not trust him with a child to have his feet picked out yet, because of this he will need to be sedated for the farrier and his price reflects thisberry is great on the ground in general and is easy to handle and will stand happily to be groomed and fussed and has never nippedin the time i’ve had him berry had been schooled and bought into consistent work doing a bit of everything including jumping, schooling, cross country, pony club rallies (which he was amazing for) and hackingberry is lovely to ride and a favourite on the yard to hack as he is forward going but not strong (real push button type) and he is good in traffic and in open spaceswith me he’s had a novice rider ride him on a hack and in the arena jumping and schooling and she even had her first canter on him which he was perfect for
