I had read bad reviews about this when it first came out so held off. Read reviews based on a year later and I decied to buy it, Found this cheap 3 games for £16 bargain., Ok some of the graphics are still blocky but that is to be expected considering where this game came, i.e. the age etc. It plays well, the controls feel much better than the original. It feels better playing the game and using R1 to drive etc. I am already 1/3 of the way through the game and I am really enjoying playing it. The music is great, the chat from the npc's is hillarious. So glad I finally decided to get this game a year after release. If your a fan of the original 3 get this. Each game improved slightly with graphics etc. San Andreas being the one I amost looking forward to playing again as that was my faveourite game.Read full review

I fell in love with the original (Vice City) for ps2 and was really happy when Rockstar released this trilogy, my only gripe is that the graphics seem too blocky..I'm not saying they should have made it look crystal sharp similar to Gta V but yea that's my only grumble, apart from that, flying round on a PCJ motorcycle blasting out Emotion radio is definitely a blast from the past! Great value trilogy and would certainly recommend it to lovers of the Gta series

I don't know whether I'm just mellowing as I get older but I love this collection. They could have just updated the controls and I would have been happy. These are not new games, they feel dated, I'm just grateful to be able to play them on modern hardware. If you want a nostalgia trip then go for it cannot recommend it enough, if you want to pick holes in every glitch or wonky texture or poor character model then go for it. The game has crashed twice on me, but that's no more than what every other game has done in the last 10 years. This game has been patched recently, I think it runs great, the odd bit of slow down, vastly improved load times compared to the slog it was on PS2. Nobody releases a compete game anymore, why did anyone expect anything else. If you want to own 3 groundbreaking games from the past then this is great value. Read full review
