ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will receive only a 50% refund or be returned to customers if they have been opened/unboxed/had seals removed or are no longer in original condition.
 
1 - FAULTY ITEMS
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System as we may be able to resolve your issue without the need for a return. If a fault has been detected after 14 days the issue can only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
 
All printers being returned as faulty must have a manufacturer support fault reference in order to guarantee a refund. The fault reference can be obtained from manufacturer customer support or through their website chat. We will only compensate for postage (up to £5) where this reference is provided.
 
Any faults must be described accurately as the item will be inspected and tested upon receipt to ensure a genuine fault. Items returned for false/inaccurate reasons where a fault is not present will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
 
2 RETURN OF NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If within 14 days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return the item and cancel your order, you should contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System.
 
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods providing the goods are complete, unopened, have factory seal transit tape/clips in place (and have not been removed), with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received.
 
In the case of a printer unit, please ensure that all accessories, cables, printed material, CD's, original inks AND extra Ink Cartridge bundles are included with your return otherwise it will not be authorised.

    Good value but instructions limited & no USB cable included

    Nice product & print quality is good. Having just 2 ink cartridges (black & colour), makes it easier to maintain. The instruction leaflet is very limited info & cant see what the functions of the buttons are. Was very disappointed that no USB cable was included & fortunate that I had a spare one, otherwise I would’ve been very annoyed as I needed to use the printer straight away. Photo quality is good though and would overall recommend this printer as you don’t need wireless connection which is good if the internet goes down.

    Won't work on a tablet laptop.

    Having bought a printer with a cable connection I assumed it would work properly with my lap top. It does not. Having contacted my manufacture the technician got it to print but not with the provided software. I get printer driver not available message, though vet loaded it twice. I am still trying to contact canon to see if they have a patch, but so far no joy. My lap top has a sim cad and is its own network. This is the second printer I have bought that is supposed to work on my system that does not. do not want to send another one back so can you contact hat canon to see if they can resolve this and I will keep doing the same. Time is of the escence as I must return it soon if a solution is not forthcoming. Yours. Dave.

    You get what you pay for.

    It was only purchased to finish some important work while my Canon TS8250 was being repaired under warranty. The CD wouldn't download despite several attempts on my office computer however after about 30 minutes I did manage to download it on my lap top which I thought rather strange as on both are operating on Windows 10. When it did work it sounded rather like a traction engine during printing and the end results were not that great.On a happier note Canon repaired and returned my other printer within 10 days and so this one has been offered for sale locally at a reduced price.

    Good Value,Works Well But No Ink or Cable.

    This is my second Canon printer, the paper feed broke down on my last one (MG2450) after long service. They work well but only when used with genuine Canon ink cartridges which is obviously why the printer/scanner is sold so cheaply in the first place. The MG2550S is now supplied without any ink to get started with, nor do you get a connect cable which is a bit mean.

    Arrive on time.

    Thank you . Printer arrive on time . Not so easy to set up if you don't have laptop. But after few hours finally managed to download software for android. Once up and running easy to use but had to buy USB cable to connect to laptop. Also trying to print items from my phone by using USB not working that way..slightly noisy when printing
