I had this album years ago on cassette. Unfortunately it got chewed up at work. I've always enjoyed this album and decided to get it again on cd. Love Terrence's vocals and its a great album. Great value for money.

The one I wanted for my collection always enjoyed his music His individual style, voice and lyrics superb! nothing to dislike!
It may be twenty years old already, but 'Introducing The Hardline' is still one of the most enigmatic debut albums in the history of popular music.. A multi million selling global success, that leaked hit singles by the barrel-load... 'If You Let Me Stay', ' Wishing Well', 'Sign Your Name' and 'Dance Little Sister'... All of which still groove as potently now as when first released in 1987... The remainder of the album is just as electric.. Tracks such as 'If We All Get To Heaven' and 'Rain' could just as easily have been issued as singles... It was nice to see that he went on to make even better albums in the 90's. Though as a debut, this is so hard to beat+++++
What an awesome peice of 80's pop music, the signature tracks have attitude and punch, and the vocal performace puts people like Craig David to shame. If he hadn't become so religiously influenced, his other albums may have had more sucsess, but as it stands,I see this album as the definitive TTD. I used to listen to this album regularly as a boy in the 80's,and it's still worth a listen 20 years later. They don't make pop music like this anymore, a very talented SINGER,and an awesome song writer.
