A really nice, excellent value for money, set of lights. No batteries to worry about and easily recharged via micro USB cables, also provided. Easy to attach and the lighting can be adjusted too. Overall, for the price of a decent set of batteries, you really can't go wrong.

Front light isn't bad in terms of brightness and also is able to be focused providing a decent light to ride at night so it fulfills this category nicely. As a strobe it is effective in the daytime to warn oncoming traffic of your position. However, the strap mounting is not great - it needs to be wider and better quality and although so far it has held up I'm not sure for how long it will last. The switch is not recessed much so gets switched on easily accidentally while in storage (eg in a bag) The front light is too heavy to mount on a helmet but mounts on and off a handlebar n a few seconds. Mounting the back light is possible on the rear of a helmet if needed. Both lights conveniently charge on any micro USB phone charger and seem to have a reasonable battery life. Rear light is really weak .. and this is where one needs a really good bright pulsing light. If the rear light was better quality and brightness I would have given a four star review overall in terms of value for money So, for your money you get an acceptable front light but the rear light is not up to the same standard.Read full review

GOOD POINTS! This item IS VERY BRIGHT and has a good range of light delivery, also large area coverage or spot light. DOWNSIDE! Poor design quality makes it easy to break if you turn the adjustable head too far! EASILY DONE! then the lamp just FALLS APART! The rubber attachment to the lamp (To wrap onto bike) is INFERIOR and shakes the lamp unit about crazy, and then the lamp sometimes detaches from the rubber strap. Falls on the floor and completely FALLS APART! The "Ball Bearing and Spring" pops out, The internal plastic flanges break. The battery unit design and shape is the main reason for the unit falling off and breaking. MY OPINION AND RECTIFICATION Redesign/Relocate the battery compartment to fit on the BACK of the lamp with usb charge point, and fit lugs to the underside of the lamp to use a rubber LOOP type strap (Like up to date types) to attach to the bike. Use better quality ratchet internal system (That isn't FLIMSY And breaks easily) and have a FULL DEAD STOP either way you turn the lamp for focusing beam. With this done The lamp unit will be an unremarkable unit that doesn't just offer BRIGHT LIGHT! But would also be functional without breaking, and at an extremely competitive cost. Bought these mainly for the front light as I needed to see better for cycling in the dark. Front light has enough brightness for me & the lower & flashing function is good. It is simple to strap on to the handlebars. I fitted the back light to my helmet using the 2 thick rubber bands supplied. Works perfect for me.

This is probably one of the worst items I have bought on eBay the quality is just awful, the machined edges will cut you, the zoom in and out feels cheap and nasty, the back light well the only positive about this is ..... it's red ! save your money and buy something else.
