The graphics are very good and clear to read. It is easy to programme and enter phone numbers to store. The sound is clear and loud enough for my wife who has slightly defective hearing. My only criticism is that the ringer volume is not loud enough but this can be overcome by keeping the handset by you during the day and charging overnight
