It was a bit of a hassle to work out that you need to download the software and initial connection was bit of faff but eventually once the software was installed then then earbuds paired and worked. Not the most comfortable for small ears and there was an initial period of getting used to the buds as they did tend to slip out or bit the ear canal but after a the buds got used to me then worked well.
