I chose to use this as an adaptor I already had a couple of spare Vesa brackets but both were 100mm max and I needed to bracket a 43inch TV with 100 x 200 Vesa The only problem I had was that I first put the plate on the wrong way so do be careful that you put the plate on so thst it matches the vesa screw holes on your TV Apart from that it was easy and is good quality I also suspended the sound bar from it

This bracket was bought to convert the existing front plate on a tilt and swivel TV bracket to take different VESA hole spacings thus avoiding having to change the complete bracket. This converter plate fitted easily onto the front of the existing bracket plate using the some of the bolts provided and it was then relatively straightforward to fit the replacement TV onto the converter plate using the appropriate set of holes. The only difficulty was in holding the replacement TV high up against the new converter plate, aligning the holes and then bolting the TV securely into position.
