Bought these for my husband on his recommendation as he's done his homework. He's recently brought some Sennheisers and was somewhat underwhelmed. His favourites are RHA's but the cable keeps giving way. So, he thought I'll try these Soundmagics. Bins the packaged buds because they're always rubbish,he says,he pops on some Comply memory foam tips, plugs the Soundmagics into his iPhone and plays Sigmas Nobody To Love. Within 10 seconds, I'm counting, he's broken out in goosebumps. If you love music, you'll know what that means. Buy them. You won't regret it. His caveat? You need decent tips.

Good sound quality to a degree. I have the magic e10 are there brilliant. Loud and clear. But these are very low sound. Still quality sound but compared to the e10's you notice the volume is very low.

Comfort, sound and durability at a great price. My third pair purchased; one to replace a set chewed through by a young cat with very sharp teeth and another for a friend also impressed. I don't see a need to look further.

Sometimes sleep with buds in and these are slightly too big for comfort compared with my old Sennheiser CX300's but otherwise great for listening to books. Volume function does not work with my iPod Classic (still my preferred device for books and spoken content)
