A very nice, well made set of gaming headphones that I would recommend to a friend, a note somewhere on the selling page to tell us that the pair of headphones are wireless would not go a miss, as this is something I would have loved to know, but nevertheless, a quality product
this product does not work with xbox it takes u off live we tried it on two diffrent xboxs and it dissconnect both from live we thought it was a problem with xbox live but it was the headset
I bought these to replace my previous 4gamers PS3 headset. The good.... They are reasonably comfortable, even over long gaming periods (several hours). The microphone has a good range of adjustment and stays firmly in place. They have a nice long lead so you can be sitting in a comfortable position. The irritating.. The position of the controls isn't great. If you want to adjust the volume quickly while playing you need to really reach, it isn't close. The PS3/XBox selector switch is positioned just above the microphone on/off switch and is very easy to hit that rather than the mic switch. The incoming voice volume isn't great, I have to have my main game volume reduced in order to clearly hear people, otherwise they are drowned out. The bad... The microphone is described as noise isolating, it isn't. If I have the television on in the background people can clearly hear what I am watching... They don't isolate external sound very well either, so if you are looking for that total immersive experience, you won't find that with these, you will hear every noise in the environment you are sitting in, as well as the game you are playing. The sound quality isn't great. At lower volumes if isn't too bad, but, take the volume too high and everything becomes tinny and a little echoey. Anyone sitting next to you can hear your game too, even when the volume isn't high... The only reason I would recommend them is as a budget headset... Turtle Beach they are not, if you want a cheap headset, they work and seem reliable, but, the product quality reflects this.Read full review
I've had it for a week and it's already broken. I went to put the charger into the transmitter and the component inside just broke and went inside, meaning that I can no longer charge it, dispite taking it apart and trying to solder it back on. Also, it transmits on the same frequency that the wireless adapter for the xbox and playstation does, so every 5 minutes it randomly disconnects you from online gameplay, even if you keep the transiever as far away from the console as possible like I did. WASTE OF £25! DONT BUY!
