Buying refurbished goods can be a bit of a lottery, but I can thoroughly recommend the products refurbished by Panasonic. Yes, it was received in a plain brown box but the tv appeared to be brand new - no marks, scratches or any other imperfections. Unfortunately, the tv had become parted from its stand and soundbox but customer care replied to my request straight away and it wasn’t long before I had received the missing parts. All in all, I can only thoroughly recommend Panasonic Outlet . An extremely well equipped TV set at a price that I almost cannot believe.Nothing more to say !
