This camera was purchased for an old geneman of 89, he has been using film and video for 35 years, but has found that the ultra new technology requiring a PC and use of software beyond him. He loves the fact that this camera is full of the facilities you could possibly need in an easy to use format with a good screen. the fact that it is hi 8 tape is not a problem, he has a stock of them and downloads eveything to DVD then re- uses the tapes. he bought one when they were the "latest" thing and recently knocked it over and ruined it. Since they are not now readily available, e bay was a great source of remainders, or redundant stock.
