Not easy on the back ,but results was better than expected more than a bucket of sludge removed ( never had any sludge removed before) only drawback is flange on catch neck could do with being a lot larger ,as when net full of sludge then weight of slim and water is excessive for the very small flange

It does what is says on the tin albeit a bit of a messy to use. The waste collection bag is a bit awkward to use and this part of the design i feel could be improved. However for the price compared with other options make it worthwhile investment.

I needed something to remove silt from the bottom of my small pond as the pump kept clogging daily. It does take a while to do and it doesn’t clear it completely but it works. Bit expensive for what it is and the handle came off after a couple of goes. The pump still clogs so I bought a mesh bag to go over the pump and so far so good, no clogging

This is a waste of time. The design is such that the outlet Tap just pumps the water right back into the pond unless you are using a bucket. A better idea would have been to have some sort of hose Attachment on the outlet end which takes the water away. Very overpriced for what is basically a plastic pipe with a handle. No good at all for ponds or much else.
