A while ago my friend lent me a 2nd generation iPod, it's a little bit older. Since I had to give it up I knew I was going to buy one myself, because they it's really convenient and didn't disappoint me. Mostly I like easy and fast operating, it's not difficult at all and can understand everything easily. Also it has many other features than music: radio, camera, etc. However, as I have to walk a lot, I am always listening to music, so battery life can be little short for me, but in a normal amount of use it's really good. I wouldn't even think before buying this iPod the second time.
Having amassed a large collection of CD singles, and being harrassed by my better half to get rid of them (sacrilege), I thought I'd try my hand at downloading them, so I bought one of these little gems. How far things have improved since my trusty Walkman. I have to admit that my first attempt resulted in my deleting about three hours continual transfers, but, once I realised my mistake, I wouldn't be without it, as they're so easy to operate. For music on the move these are superb, and the capacity is awesome. Now all I need is a converter for use in my car, and I'll be set for summer. Oldies, dig out those 78's, you'll soon be listening to them again...
Great interface although the clicker can be hard to use sometimes but you get the hang of it, screen is rather good, very clear and bright, the build quality like with most things apple is superb, very solid feel to it, over all very happy with the purchase
