This is a fantastic free standing punchbag. I was worried I'd struggle putting this up alone (single mum here lol) but I didn't struggle at all. Simple to put up but no instructions came with it but it was all pretty much common sense! It took approx 45 litres to fill the base. There is also suction caps for the base at the bottom which is great as we have wooden floors so it was extra support for the bag. I was worried it would move too much when hit, but it only moves enough to take the kick and puncg, but thats the suction allowing movement which is what you need, the actual base once fill, is very solid. I don't think you need sand in as some people say half water half sand, but for us the water will suffice. Looks great quality too, made very well. I bought this to replace my pro bag and I can see that I made a mistake. I'm not a pro but I do hard workouts and punches/kicks. First of all, it's way to light. So I added some sand to make it a bit heavier and more solid as it should be. But then the chain hooks wouldn't hold the load properly. Finally on my third workout the chain snapped. I will have to buy a proper punch back now I guess.

Good bag. But if you hit it too hard with suction cups intact, the water container will begin to leak. Fixed mine with superglue and worked around by wrapping it into shirt with towel in.
