The clasp/buckle is quite well made and clips shut quite solidly, feels secure, and hasn't come open by accident yet, and I have been using it for over a month (although only at weekends - it's not on my work watch.) It has a nice finish, and it looks neat when it's on compared to a normal buckle (in my opinion), but I doubt it's as high quality as an original Omega buckle, but I've never been lucky (or wealthy) enough to own one. Mine is on a Seiko with a Fullmosa strap, but the buckle has no logo so it will go with anything. It takes only a small effort to fit, if you can change a strap then you can change a buckle, and then it's much easier to put your watch on than with a conventional buckle. It is comfortable for me, I have a fairly large wrist at 7 3/4 inches. The hinged part is quite long and may be a little intrusive if you have a very slim wrist, although it is curved to go around a wrist. The only real (minor) downside I found was that, while it works great for the 2mm thin leather strap I bought it for (see pictures), it will not accommodate a 4mm thick rubber dive type strap that I have recently got on a new watch, but that is probably not what it is designed for. I paid less than 4 quid for it - and cannot complain as it's a great deployant clasp for the price!Read full review

It’s better than those other butterfly deployment clasps.
