I have not yet tested this but it looks ok for what it is. For it's likely use on TV coax it would have been better to have used an F connector. There are matching amps and power Ts also fitted with identical SMA connectors so adaptors would be needed if used together which seems rather silly. It will need waterproofing for outdoor use but this should be easy enough to arrange by sliding it inside suitably sized plastic pipe and sealing the top in some way.

Would not recommend for anyone without the proper test equipment to fine tune it. Mine arrived with the SMA socket not soldered to the back of the board, so no connection to the lower half of the dipole and so it did not work at all well. With that corrected performance was still not great and test equipment showed it resonated well above the required frequency. The lower legs of the dipole had to be extended with copper tape by ~3mm and the top part trimmed by ~0.5mm to get it resonant on 1090MHz. This is typical of using a pcb substrate where manufacturing tolerances are not closely controlled. Even with the antenna now resonant its performance is not brilliant and is not as good as a home-made ground plane. This is probably due to losses in the pcb substrate.
