I have owned this camera for 2 years and it is brilliant. So easy to use, its small and has a massive screen on the back. It looks cool as it is very slim and looks like a very expensive camera. I have put a 1gb card in it and I can take over 1000 photos with it and an hour of video. The battery power lasts forever. I have had a few digital cameras in the past and always had problems with batteries always running out really quickly. I took this camera on holiday for two weeks last year and used it quite a bit and didn't even use up half the battery power. It is packed with features and takes fantastic photos, the macro function it great you can take close ups of tiny things like ants if you want. The docking station that connects to your PC is really easy to use and setup also. I would definately recommend this camera its the best 5mp camera I have seen on the market at the moment. The only drawback is the video quality, this is not great but its ok for little clips, but hey this is not a video camera.Read full review
I have now owned this camera for over 1.5 years, it has been the best camera I have owned. Best Points: The best thing about the Casio is the battery life, one full charge will last me about 2 weeks on holiday- thats taking about 20 pics a day and videos!!!!!!!. Picture quality: I used to own an SLR(Big lens camera) but it just wasn't practical so after some research I went with the Z57. The Photo quality is excellent I have taken it to Mount Everest Base Camp and my photos have been perfect, whilst others have been using SLR cameras but with no major difference. OK if your gona go publish your photos in a magazine then its an SLR otherwise the Casio does everything you need. Design & Casing: The design and size of the actual camera is solid metal with miniature screws, Casio have really made an excellent chassis. I have the black version, everyone who sees it says wow! this camera is good value for money,also has a good operating system for its model and make which i would not of expected from this camera. it is compact and good for out and about traveling
I think that EX 57 is one of the best 5mpix compact digital cameras on market. Small compact, with BIG 2.7" LCD ! This camera is pretty fast and easy to use. I was using it for about 2years. Also charging and usb connection is very very easy. Just put it to docking station and there you go !. Battery life and flash is excellent ! Thats what i can say about ex57 after 2 years of using.
A really neat little camera. Large LCD screen. Best thing is the battery charging cradle. If you store your camera in the cradle when not in use it is always full battery and ready for use.
