Just prior to the previos owner purchasing it 33y ago it was professionally recovered using genuine vox componentsin 'a service engineers guide to the vox ac30 valve amplifier' p54 it says ac30's from have a chassis number in the range whereas those from are in the rangewhen i purchased the amplifier it had one original blue bulldog and a celestion g12 replacementthe previous owner documents the back panel serial number plate as this was missing at the timei turn it on and play it from time to time t keep the parts exercised and check it is fully workingi have owned this amplifier for 15y and the previous owner had it for 18y - that's 33y of it's 55y life documentedthe serial number for this chassis is just over but the under chassis view matches the ac30/6 power supply and output stage on p27 of above guidethis amp has been a treasured part of my life so the buyer will need to come to my house and go through everything with me before purchasingi purchased an age matched blue bulldog and replaced the celestion g12 to get a matching pairthe vents were enlarged to improve ventilatuin at this time

Sonically the amp sounds great, has a mix of a fender and typical vox sound thanks to the 6v6 power valvesthe amp is also equipped stock with a celestion g12feel free to ask questions, and give it a test driveive tried being honest and open about the condition of the amp, some good resources available online about this amp and with bruno no longer producing amps of his own i suspect that this will one day be collectiblepreamp valves have just been replaced/upgraded to jj's from stock which has made the amp a bit livelier and of course extended the life of the amp for years to comecosmetically it shows only light signs of usage from transport, some light scuffing and nicks in the corners of the tolexnothing major aside from thatcollection from homerton or willing to post via courier at buyers expensebruno also incorporated a unique mid boost and dark switch into the circuitry which makes the amp pretty versatile depending the on the guitar you usereluctantly i am selling as i don't seem to have the time or space to justify keeping it so here i am presenting to youthings to note: that currently the reverb does not function, not sure why but ive always used a reverb pedal and never bothered getting it checked out because the amp sounds great without it! hence i've lowered the price accordinglyhi everyone, listed is my much loved vox/tony bruno designed guitar amp
