His father and mother were both from the fairview pedigree flockcaramel is from my hobby flock of shetland sheepi have his pedigree details but have not as yet registered him but can do so easily if required for the registration fee of £10i will be sad to see him go but as i don't want to increase my flock of shetlands and i have some herdwick store rams who will need to move over to the boys field he needs to move onhe is a gentlemani used him on my three unrelated ewes last year and had two sets of twins and a single3 of which are his sonsi will be putting his lambs up for sale plus a few other related ewes once have some decent photos of themhe was born to one of my ewes onhe has shed his wool naturally (rooed) the last two years in spring, i just peeled the wool off him so he has never needed to be shearedi have enough sheep now and don't want any more lambs hence the saleeasy to catch but not over friendly or aggressive he keeps the herd in order without being a bullyi usually castrate my male lambs but he was so gorgeous i decided to leave him entireall lovely healthy lambshe is at present living with 2 goats and 5 wethers

Small flock of golden guernsey cross goats for salewe would prefer to sell all seven as a flock but would be willing to consider offers for somepoor health and age are forcing us to give up keeping goats, so we are reluctantly selling our small flockthe pedigree billy, who is the father of all except the three adult females is being sold separately but can be seen by anyone visitingthere are two adult females suitable for breeding and one older female who is a good flock leader but has a poor udder so should not be bredthese adult females cannot be collected until march as they are probably in kid to the billy, [they usually have triplets or twins] and they should stay here until they have kiddedone of the females has two lovely female goatlings with her, these would go to a billy in the autumn and the other has a pretty castrated male and a female goatling with herthe other goats can be collected immediatelyboth girls had triplets last yearthe age is shown as 2 years as there is no option to put mixed agesthere is also another [2 year old] wether for sale, he has been with the billy as a companion this year but is ready for the freezer or would make a good petthey have all been bred on the farm and none of them have ever leftthese have been kept for milk and cheese for the house [whey given to pigs!] and the wethers have been used for the freezer as the meat is similar to lamb but less fatty
