Please note that each jumbo bag of the unseasoned logs costs ÂŁ45 on a collection only basisalternatively i can put a mix of both the longer, smaller diameter logs and the shorter rounds in the jumbo bagas an example, to judge quantity, the second image shows a jumbo bag of hard wood i have sold in the pastthe price of ÂŁ45 per jumbo bag reflects the fact the wood is not fully seasoned and also has to be collected form mei generally find that an estate car or a larger car with the rear seats down will hold around a jumbo bag of wood, approximately one cubic metrei can fill each jumbo bag to the buyer's requirements - either with the longer smaller diameter logs that just need cutting to length or the shorter rounds that will need splittingsome partly seasoned oak is also available but this will take longer than 12 months to seasonif you wish to build up your future stock of wood for your wood burner and have the means to store the wood then this is an ideal opportunity to buy hardwood logs at a very reasonable pricethese are from trees that were felled on land i own in early november months agothese rounds will need splittingthere are also larger diameter logs of shorter length (rounds) available for salegenerally this seasoning will take around 12 months if the wood is kept in a dry, ventilated environmentplease note that all these logs will need to be left to season before burningi have a very large quantity of not fully seasoned hardwood logs for salemost of these logs are just need cutting down to required lengths to fit a wood burnerthe first image shows a substantial stockpile of the smaller diameter logs (that are now covered over to keep dry)the logs are a mix of ash, sycamore, hazel, holly and birchi sell the logs in filled jumbo builders' bags that hold approximately one cubic metre's worth of wood
