Please note this is solid really heavy hutch, 5 half foot tall 3ft wide, removal roof,immaculate, both floors have custom floor for easy cleaning, use as 4 separates, or can be used as two, or just the one extra large hutch, i had this made, i didn't want to spoil this by having it painted or stained, i wanted to see the knots in the wood, however this has been lacquered, there is 2 solid doors & two mesh ones on at the moment, i do have dividers for the top & bottom, also solid wood to block the stairs off, i have a extra mesh door for the bottom part, extra extra heavy solud wood read more

This beautiful oval mirror has an inlaid mahogany frame with a bevelled edge and a solid wood backit is large and heavy and measures approximately 34" h x 24" w including the frameit does have some age related marks but overall it's in really good condition for it's agethe mirror on its own without the frame is approximately 29" h x 19" wi've been told it looks like it's from the 's but i'm not sure
