Texas is an 11 year old (12 in june) beautiful skewbald geldinghas done a small amount of everything but very low mileage for age, full history known from foalhe’s a big sensitive horse with a brain that needs to be in good work, i think he’d really find his tribe in a hounding homehe’s not strong for his size, ridden in a snaffleloads great into trailer or 3hacks out fine in company, doesn’t like going on his own but i do manage to go - he gets tense and spooky (not at traffic)lovely horse on the ground, no malachi in him whatsoeverforced to sell now as yard is closing at end of feb, so i don’t want to move him now then put him up for sale and move him again in a couple of months timeprice reflects that he had aug to dec off last year, partly because he bruised his feet on the hard summer ground and then i was so busy with work i left him until after christmasi hopped straight on him after 4 months and took for a hack with a buddy and he was finenot a novice ride, has followed hounds in previous home a couple of times and this is where his heart would really be5t (that’s what i have), great to shoe, clip fine if you use trimmers but needs sedation for big clippershe’s a real stop and go with the pack typeso he’s walking out on the roads currently, not fit, not back in the arena yet etcwill only be sold to the perfect home and rider for a switched on but sensitive horse
