A rarity that is hard to get! the 949 mk ii is a burmester modified mk ithis 949 mk ii can rarely be found on the used marketthe 949 mk i is already a very good loudspeaker, but with the modification to mk ii and the associated external crossover, it improves significantly in quality! however, the mk ii with active crossover adds another two classes! provided, of course, that they are operated with the right electronicsthis also confirms the conversion to new parts (see photo)you will also find information on this on the homepagein this case, however, the more complex and expensive modification was chosen and the loudspeakers are now operated with the 949 crossover active crossoverthe oak wood has a few light scratches and a larger one on the side (see photo)they are incredibly valuable! the chrome is like new and the woofers, midrange and tweeters are also tip top! the crossover looks almost like newyou need three stereo power amplifiers or six monos to operate the loudspeakersburmester has certificates for bothcondition: the speakers are in very good conditionshipment: in germany: euros on a pallet (important: the recipient must be reachable!) description: this is a very rare chance to get this fantastic speakers with the active 949 crossover! condition: the technical condition is perfect! the oak has two or three light scratches and one which is a little bit bigger (on the side - see photo)but it is not so dramatic because the speakers are simply a dream! the chrome on the front is near mint and the tweeter, mid and bass are perfectthis modification is offered as standard by the berlin manufacturernormally the revised 949 is then operated with the passive, external crossover networkbut they are hardly noticeable because the sound transducers immediately impress with their beautiful appearance

Peavey mk 111 series bass amp output power 210watts rms into 4 ohms 300watts rms into 2 ohms this amp is dated on the back panel "jan " so classed as vintage it has two different tone circuit channels by using the foot switch you can switch between the channels or have both on,(ideal for when using two bass sounds / instruments;or together more volume for soloing etcthe amp can be tried cash is on collection please no silly insulting offers / time wasters) has a unique bi-amp system that includes a crossover for when bi- amping using a slave amp you can set the crossover to suit the frequencies of the cabinets being used (ie;i used to use a 1x18" acoustic 301 cab and bi- amped it to a 4 x10" cab that way volume and frequencies and cabinet speaker impedances all got balanced correctly) if you don't know this amp i suggest you find the user manual online as it would make too long an advert to include the versatility of this amp
