It’s only 5 years old and we had the roof panes covered in uv protective film 2 years agothe measurements are as follows: length (from house outwards, door side) is 4m width (just window pane side) is 3feel free to ask any questions or a viewing can be arranged if requiredbuyer will need to dismantle and take away themselves5m height (from floor to guttering) is 2we are replacing our conservatory with an extension, so looking to sell the conservatory as it is in great condition and it seems a shame to waste it2m height (from floor to highest point) is 3m all doors and windows are in good working conditionit can be taken away at any time (but we would ideally like at least a weeks notice as it’s still being used)

5 years ago for our then 13 year old daughter2 new forest x thoroughbredat that point he passed a 5 stage vetting though he had a previous collateral ligament injury in the right fore, the vet deemed this wouldn’t be a problem (yes hindsight is a wonderful thing!!)he is a such a lovely boy and loves lots of cuddles and attentionshould he go to an experienced light weight adult home this may not be a problem! in terms of him being a companion he is not a clingy pony, he can be left on his own for periods of time and can go out with mares or geldingshe is a kind pony on the ground however he can become cheeky when coming home from a hack and put in a buck, this said my 15 year old can sit it and is totally used to it nowsadly due to ongoing lameness issues and lack of grazing we are looking for a forever home for our 14whilst he is happy hacking out at present, he is not being sold as a ridden pony to a novice rider as he can be a typical cheeky pony! we bought dancer 2since then my daughter has done low level competing on him but unfortunately it’s evident that it’s not fair for him to ask him to jump with the previous injury, coupled with that he also has low grade hock arthritis in both hinds
