mariner 55 marathon outboard, believed to be late 80s, it is electric and pull start, the engine had a new impeller, gearbox oil and plugs last year but has not been used since, the engine came with a classic 60s speed boat i purchased the start of last year and was really a bit too big for the boat, so i have replaced with a newer smaller horsepower unit, i ran the engine on muffs on purchase and checked all compression`s which were all approx 110 from a cold crank, but have never run the engine on the water, it was run on fogging oil for storing over winterplease call for any other info if interestedcomes with plastic tank and full remotes
