Topaz is a beautiful 15hds hanoverian x appaloosa mare she is 10years and i have owned her for ? years i have competed unaffiliated dressage with some good results she has been on and off work for the last year as i have been finishing my apprenticeship off and with the current situation with covid 19 she would make a great hack/ dressage all rounder she has jumped but to be honest dosnt really enjoy it so i have not done any with herexcellent trial facility’s and looking for someone to have fun on her as now i am in work full time i sadly don’t have time for her anymore message me for more details, videos/photos read more

Although he has not been measured recently he is easily above 17hh and has an amazing presence! a change in circumstances means that my plans to educate hugo are no longer viablehe has had his feet trimmed but in recent months has started messing around with the farrierplease read the entire advert as hugo is very special and will not be going to just anybodyhe was broken in at age 3, ridden out hacking a couple of times, and has since been in the fieldhe will only be going to a home that has experience with educating youngsters and the ability and experience to handle a large horsehugo is a beautiful shire/hanoverian/mix of a type that is rare to find in this day and agehe is being sold from the field and i do not have any facilities for riding or testing himhe is a beautiful genuine gentle giant who needs to find his forever homehe will make someone an amazing allrounder and i had always planned a future together, however i simply do not have the ability to bring out the best in him and i am hoping the right person will guide him into being the amazing horse i know he can and will bebecause of my health issues i am unable to make him co-operate and this is something he will need to re-learnhe is passported and microchippedplease don’t hesitate to message me if you have any other questions about hugohe is not aware of how big he is and although he has not got a malicious bone in his body he can sometimes be dangerous without even realising ithe is a stunning coloured gelding, solid as a tank but without the feathers of your standard large horseother than slightly overgrown feet he has no health issueshe has an incredibly lovely nature but he is still very much a baby and absolutely does not realise his sizehe will need re-starting and he will need a very experienced and strong rider to reteach him all the basicshe was bred by a local stud that specialises in dressage horses

Her body conditioning score on arrival at our yard was between 2-3 on the bailey’s horse feed body score sheetshe has been fantastic to handle throughout, not mare-ish at all, and is extremely affectionateover the last few months my daughters have brought her up in condition and health so that they have been able to work on her education for the last 4 weeksshe is currently stabled at night with daytime turnout in a mixed group of mares and geldingsplease ask for more information and photosall of this has since been rectified with an improved feeding program, intensive worming program, regular trimming and equine dentist visitshe lunges on voice command, has begun long reigning, been backed and walked around whilst being ledshe has lovely scope and should make a lovely jumper/eventershe has been on a walking hack and didn’t even blink at the traffic that went past and that included a motorbike and busit is a sad sale as we were hoping she would be the horse we could go on with but have realised that with work and school commitments that we simply do not have the time to invest in dora to help her realise her full potentialshe is great to do in all ways and is mostly handled by my daughters, who have done great work with her so farher feet had been neglected and worm count showed she needed wormingwe bought her from a dealer in april and realised quickly that rather than being ready to go on with for my daughters (aged 13 and 11) that she was in fact a rescue case insteaddora is a beautiful 4 year old, bay thoroughbred/hanoverian cross mare who is ready to go on with and has a fabulous temperamentdora free schools and we have introduced poles and some small jumps to build her muscle condition upshe is good to worm, trim/shoe, be led, with other horses, in field, in stables, to handle and with farm traffic
