1hh (approx) blue is a stunning dappled grey connie xblue tyersal christy ii ‘blue’ 8 year old connie x cob 14he has a very small one under his eye but it has not changed since i’ve had him and is barely noticeablehe is fine turned out in a herd and being stabledgood to hack in company but nappy alonehe has some feather and loads of hair, he’s sturdy built and is a weight carrierunfortunately blue has some close spinal processes (x-rays can be seen) but my vet advised they shouldn’t affect himhe’s a sharp and quirky ride requiring a confident and experienced riderhe’s a little nervy to clip/farrier and requires a firm but kind handlerhe is much better behaved when he is kept in regular workover xc jumps he needs a more firm hand and some more experienceblue is a bad loader and traveler and has to be sedated to traveltrials/lwvtb are welcome staying on his current read morerespects electric fencingunfortunately this has resulted in him being unsuitable for meblue will not be sold unseen, he will only go to an experienced person due to his quirkshe has done dressage and showjumping and loves to jump, he will take you into the fence and rarely refuseshe also has had sarcoids in the past, both were removedhe can pull back when tied if he knows he can break the tiehe thrives in routinehe is a weight carrier and easily carries an adulthe is not a fan of the hose pipe but settles once it’s on him

He has hunted in ireland and done xc mainlyhe would never do anything and doesn’t even move a foot you can just see he is worried about what you might dohe would be a perfect ride for someone who has time to build his confidence on the ground - then he would be the most loyal horse goingon the ground again he doesn’t have a nasty bone in his body but somewhere along the line he has had a rough time and is not confident when being caught (only takes a few days and bucket of food and he will start to trust you) and just in general on the ground he can be worriedhe is a steady ride and would easily take a novice riderhe will only go to a suitable home and is priced accordinglyto ride he is a superstarhe is a rocking horse ride- can take a novicehe is not a speed merchant- he is a sensible ridehe has no badness in him at all, he is a very kind soul who would make a super family horse for any member of the family to ride even the little kiddieshe is worth a lot more than this but home is paramounthe would be a superb hunter as he has huntedthis lovely chap was sold to me as a confident eventer from ireland for my daughter but sadly that is not the case
