Marshall jtm 60 guitar amp and 1x15 speaker cabthe amp has had a replacement output transformer fitted and been fully re-valvedi separated the amp from the speaker as i prefer a closed-back soundi have a downloaded a user manual to go with the amp read morethe cab is rough built but sounds and works fine, looks ok and contains the original 15" speaker, which if i remember correctly is a marshall branded eminenceother work carried out was the replacement of the preamp valve bases and relocation of filter capsif you want full specs, do a google searchas can be seen, i have also added a vent to allow heat to escape, these amps were poorly designed by marshall and tended to overheatthis one doesn'tthere's also a home made channel change footswitch which works finethis started its life as a 1x15 combo

The amp is valve rectified via a gz34 tubethis means that in practice it is really a two-channel ampthis is a handmade, handwired, boutique amp and cab made by rob dix of rda and was custom built for me about four years agothe amp is essentially a dumble style preamp, so has one channel but with a second gain stagei hate to see it go, but it has barely been used during the pandemic and i am now using a jtm45 as my main ampthis is a very loud 28 watts mind, and for gigs i have run it through an attenuator to allow the 6v6s to work their magic – this is definitely not a bedroom amp; although excellent clean and distorted tones can be achieved at lower volume (but without the chewy 6v6 power amp breakup)if you go to the rda site you can find lots of great info about the dualist spec & designon the front panel, the gain 1 knob has a ‘pull-bright’ option, the bass control has a ‘pull fat’ option and the middle control ‘pull boost’ (if the footswitch is not being used)this is capable of producing a significant amount of preamp gainthe output stage is class-a, cathode biased ‘tweed’ styleon the back panel is a knob that allows the degree of overdrive in the second gain stage to be setthe output tubes are four 6v6, providing about 28 watts in cathode biasthis combination provides a very broad dynamic range, with a tight bottom end and sweet clear highsa two-button footswitch (stereo cable required) activates the ‘dual’ and ‘boost’ functionsalso features a very subtle tube reverb & crystal-clear valve buffered fx loopin the preamp there are five 12ax7/ecc83 tubesthe speakers are a 10” celestion alnico gold, paired with a 12” celestion alnico creambackthe workmanship is outstanding, and it is in excellent conditionideally, it will go to someone who will take it out and gig it on a regular basis! read more

The amp can be tried cash is on collection please no silly insulting offers / time wasters) has a unique bi-amp system that includes a crossover for when bi- amping using a slave amp you can set the crossover to suit the frequencies of the cabinets being used (ie;i used to use a 1x18" acoustic 301 cab and bi- amped it to a 4 x10" cab that way volume and frequencies and cabinet speaker impedances all got balanced correctly) if you don't know this amp i suggest you find the user manual online as it would make too long an advert to include the versatility of this amppeavey mk 111 series bass amp output power 210watts rms into 4 ohms 300watts rms into 2 ohms this amp is dated on the back panel "jan " so classed as vintage it has two different tone circuit channels by using the foot switch you can switch between the channels or have both on,(ideal for when using two bass sounds / instruments;or together more volume for soloing etc
